At Aretto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Aretto account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
